Affiliate Agreement

To be an authorized affiliate of Webhostingpad.com, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions contained in this agreement. Please read this agreement carefully before registering and using the Webhostingpad.com service as an affiliate. By signing up for the Webhostingpad.com affiliate program, you indicate your acceptance of this agreement and its terms and conditions.

How it works

webhostingpad will provide our affiliates with unique tracking codes. These codes must be placed in the HTML of your website and when clicked on will direct the visitor to webhostingpad.com. If the user places an order in the next 365 days from that computer or Internet connection, our automated system will track the sale and automatically credit your account.

Commissions

Commissions will be paid to affiliates based on successful referrals. A successful referral, or sale, is defined as: non-fraudulent, active for a period of thirty (30) days, not canceled, new web hosting client who has paid for services in full using a unique credit card and has been directed to webhostingpad through your affiliate tracking link. Upon such cancellation of said commission, we will provide at our discretion any and all non-private information to show sufficient reason for cancellation.

Due to the high frequency of credit card fraud and cancellation rates, webhostingpad reserves the right to hold commissions for up to 60 days for verification. webhostingpad also reserves the right to cancel commission in the event that webhostingpad is unable to collect funds, the order is fraudulent, the customer cancels and is refunded, or if webhostingpad learns that the commission was earned improperly. We do not allow self referrals and all self referral commissions will be removed. The minimum balance for a payout is $100. Commissions that do not reach the $100 minimum payout within 6 months are considered forfeit.

We do welcome web developers and web designers to sign up for our affiliate program. All referrees must input their own personal contact information when signing up for a hosting account. We understand the need for designers to obtain hosting account information, however due to the frequency in which individuals attempt to sign up using self referral tactics, we can not honor any account that has contact information other than that of the individual who made the hosting purchase.

Webhostingpad reserves the right to hold a reserve on payments in the event that webhostingpad identifies financial risk, chargeback risk, or an inability of the affiliate to reimburse webhostingpad for future chargeback costs. The reserve amount will be determined based on previous commissions and signup rates, risk analysis, and other factors. webhostingpad reserves the right to hold the reserve amount for up to 12 months and no longer.

Representation

You agree that you will not make any representations, promises, warranties or other statements about Webhostingpad.com or the Webhostingpad.com web site, products or policies other than as may be expressly approved in writing by Webhostingpad.com or as other wise provided to you by Webhostingpad.com for that purpose.

You also agree not to represent or promote your affiliate link or website as Webhostingpad.com or the Webhostingpad.com website. This includes, but is not limited to, redirects of your affiliate link, ppc campaigns, or reproducing Webhostingpad.com website as your own.

Family and friends restriction Due to the generous rate at which WebHostingPad pays our affiliates we are unable to credit affiliate accounts for sign-ups from family members and friends. This includes but is not limited to: spouse, sibling, parent, child, cousin, or any other direct or indirect relative. WebHostingPad offers a separate refer-a-friend program for these sign-ups. Advertising Restrictions

Pay-per-click (PPC) advertising restrictions:

• Affiliates are prohibited from forcing clicks
• No direct linking to Webhostingpad.com is allowed
• No use of the word 'official'
• Affiliates cannot use our URL as the display URL
• Bidding on our branded keyword "Webhostingpad" or any variation, combination, or misspelling of our branded keyword is not allowed

Promotions, Specials, and Coupons

Affiliates may promote, endorse, and advertise any specials and promotions that are currently available on our main website page. Any referrals, or sales, generated through your affiliate link will not receive credit if combined or used in conjunction with coupons, promotions or specials offered, that are exclusive to individual affiliates and/or their websites.

Affiliate Support Services

webhostingpad will provide reasonable support services to affiliates. Certain affiliates who have demonstrated a high level of volume will be assigned account managers.

Terms of the Agreement

The term of this agreement will begin upon acceptance of your affiliate program application, and will end when terminated by either involved party. You, and Webhostingpad reserve the right at any time to cancel this relationship, with or without cause, by giving notice of termination. Once terminated, you will not be eligible to receive commissions for any referrals.

At the sole discretion of Webhostingpad.com, any violation of these terms and policies can result in termination of the affiliate relationship and/or reversal of any commissions not yet paid out.

Disclaimers

We make no implied warranties or representations with respect to the Affiliate Program or any services sold via webhostingpad.com. Additionally, neither parties will be liable for any consequences of any interruptions of errors.

Limitations of Liability

We will not be liable for incidental, special, indirect, or consequential damages, or any loss of revenue, profit, or data arising in connection with this agreement. The total loss of either parties will not exceed the total commissions paid or payable to you under this agreement.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless webhostingpad.com, Inc., and our subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees against any and all claims, losses, demands, damages, expenses, settlements.

These Terms of Service May Change

Due to our evolving business, and the changing nature of the web hosting industry, these terms of service may change. We will post the changes here, and your continued use of the service means you accept the changes we have made.
